As the cases are again rising in worldwide. It affects the working area too. It postponed the plans of re-opening of offices and firms. Even the offices are again disturbed due to rising in coronavirus cases. The corporate sector is the main driver of the country’s economy, which is badly affected due to rising the cases of coronavirus again.

As we see the current situation, there is a high chance of lockdown in different states of the India. Majorly, Mumbai and Delhi, these two cities are the backbones of the country, but there is no doubt in saying that these are most affected cities in India. We are again at the situation where we were in 2020.

Not only the corporate sector, States were also planning to reopen schools which is agin postponed due to the spreading of the corona virus.

 The organization should better prepared  for  the situation  of corona virus . the new  future of work is  new reality  which is hybrid.

 The better  work place  helps to  working better  and safety of the employees  and now people are the  priority of the each companies first.

 The each company have to follow the government guidelines.

77% Indian agreed to work on hybrid model

Around 77% Indian are ready to work on hybrid model as they think it will be better for them for their mental and physical health .

 Even they support government  policies  to embrace  hybrid working .

 Many companies are  are taking  corona virus 19 safety  training for their employees  for their employees safety.

The training includes  the workplace cleanliness ,waste management , hand sanitizations, using PPE kit etc.

The corporate sector should be much aware and planned about it.
