A Lady-landlord got shocked after seeing the electricity bill of ₹1.25 lakh Due To Mining Of Crypto by her tenant in their house. AirBnb is a marketplace where the houses are rented to people for living. However, this company has set some shocking rules while renting their houses which the guests have to follow otherwise they have to pay the penalty for it. One of the rules is that pets are not allowed in rental property which is a considerable rule but the other rules set by AirBnb has caused a lot of shock among the people. 

The shocking rule set by AirBnb was that they prohibited crypto mining in their property which means that the crypto mining could not be done by people living on rent in the AirBnb property. This rule was not made official by the AirBnb company and people got to know about this shocking rule after the incident in which Lady-Landlord upset due to electricity bill of ₹1.25 lakh Due To Mining Of Crypto By Guests In Her House.

The guests stayed in the property for almost three weeks and did crypto mining there and from the crypto mining they earned around 84 lakh Indian rupees. Therefore due to the burden of this crypto mining the owner of the rental property had to bear the expense of the electricity which was  ₹1.25 lakh. Therefore this had made Lady-Landlord upset Due to electricity bill of ₹1.25 lakh Due To Mining Of Crypto By Guests In Her House.

How Was This Exposed?

This incident was exposed when the lady-landlord got a huge electricity bill and therefore she checked the room of the guests when they left and found out that there were several computers that were taken and the vehicle was also gone which was there to power their mining. Further this incident was confirmed by the guests as well because they told that they were the one who did that and also told the owner that they will pay her electricity expense through a Tiktok video.
