Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announces Laadla Bhai Yojana scheme inorder to help the boys who are in their youth stages after introducing another important scheme known as ‘Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana’ for girls. These two schemes come before the elections so the youth can vote for the existing political party as they are introducing beneficial schemes for them which will reduce unemployment in the state.
This scheme is for the boys who have completed their 12th grade, and have completed their diploma. According to Jagran Josh, the stipend amount will vary from youth to youth as per their qualifications, entrepreneurship skills and their future ideas and prospects and the one with more qualifications and other skills will be given higher stipend than those with less qualifications in order to make students aware of the importance of good qualifications.
How Much Stipend Youth Will Get?
There are varying rates of stipend for every youth under laadla bhai yojana scheme. The youth who have completed their 12th grade will be able to get INR 6000 per month while the youth who holds a diploma will get a total stipend of 8000 INR per month while the people who have graduated will receive INR 10000 per month.
With This the youth also have a big opportunity to get work experience which can help them in getting future jobs in ladla bhai yojana scheme. The youth will also be given an opportunity to take a one-year apprenticeship in a factory.
The first condition to be eligible for the program of ladla bhai yojana scheme is that the person has to be a resident of Maharashtra. The second condition is that the person’s family income should not be more than 2.5 lakhs.

This ladla bhai yojana scheme has a potential to completely change the future of Maharashtra’s economy. Firstly, it will likely cause economic growth in the state. This is because the youth are getting money and they will likely to spend it on goods and services which will increase the demand of the goods therefore more goods will be created leading to more GDP and economic growth for Magarastra.
Along with economic growth, the ladla bhai yojana scheme will also fulfill the government’s second aim which is to reduce unemployment as many youth will be employed in factories and also when the demand of goods will increase automatically factories will need more employees leading to more employment.
The shocking part is that the government is likely to get the money back that they have paid to the youth through this ladla bhai yojana scheme. This is because their tax revenue will increase a lot both by direct and indirect taxes. They will get revenue through direct taxes from the people who have been employed and they will get tax from indirect taxes by the increase in sales therefore covering their costs.
