Tata Punch which is now the most popular car in India and have recently surpassed Wagon R becoming the most sold and the most popular car in India. Tata Punch lost its popularity in June however it regained it in August and became the most popular car of India. Now there’s another good news for the Indians as Tata Punch is now tax free which means the buyers of Tata Punch don’t have to pay any kind of tax while buying the vehicle. Therefore due to this they can save up to 1 lakh which were previously used to pay taxes. 

Tata Punch is the only car which one lakh units were sold in the last six months and no popular cars like swift and wagon r could match the sales of Tata Punch. Moreover now this car can only be purchased from CSD which is known as the Canteen Stores Department. Therefore due to this the price of the car is reduced enormously and people will have to pay only 14% tax instead of 28% tax. 

Here are the CSD prices for the Tata Punch in Delhi as Tata Punch is now tax free. The showroom price for the Tata Punch Pure trim is Rs 6,12,900. But through CSD, it costs Rs 5,32,394. The Creative AMT DT SR trim has a showroom price of Rs 9,89,900. However you can get it for Rs 8,80,762 through CSD. This means you save over Rs 1 lakh in taxes. Let’s look at the CSD prices first.
