Dramatic scenes arise in an HDFC Bank branch in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur after a female employee had a heated argument with a customer. A video of the tense situation has surfaced on social media.
In the footage, the employee, identified as Aastha Singh, was seen shouting at the customer, sparking widespread anger over her unprofessional behavior and caste-based arrogance.

The incident took place in the Panki area of the city. The clip also showed Singh threatening the man by violently pointing a laptop at him. Singh allegedly said, “I am a Thakur, don’t mess with me,” a statement that has drawn sharp criticism for its caste-based undertone and unprofessional conduct.
Netizens expressed their anger over the incident, calling it a clear violation of professional ethics and customer rights. Many have demanded strict action against the employee.
