Poor fabric quality reports shut down Dipika Kakkar clothing brand, Label DKI

Television’s famous couple Dipika Kakkar Ibrahim and Shoaib Ibrahim are over again in the news. This time, it is not for a personal milestone or show appearance, but for a shocking replacement associated with Dipika’s business assignment. According to the media reports, Dipika’s clothing brand, Label DKI, has been closed down.

Dipika and Shoaib launched Label DKI, a women’s clothing line, few months ago. The brand, named after Dipika’s complete name—Dipika Kakar Ibrahim—centred on the Indian ethnic wear and was added online around late September or early October. It was a dream project for Dipika, who was planning it for over two years. However, the release became behind schedule because of her personal duties, especially the birth of her son, Ruhaan.

Dipika had earlier shared how passionate she was about this project. She had even travelled to Surat to handle production work personally. The couple give months of effort—working with tailors, setting up a group, and handling the brand from foundation. Dipika stated that every outfit from the label would carry her personal fashion and essence.

Although the brand started out on a hopeful word, with plans to supply across India and even across the world, reviews now shows that Label DKI has closed down. While there may not official confirmation yet from Dipika or Shoaib, fas are dissatisfied by the news. The reason behind the closure remains uncertain, and supporters are awaiting a official statement from them.

Couple in Controversy from Long time

Meanwhile, Dipika Kakkar and Shoaib Ibrahim is making headlines for every other controversy. He recently uploaded a travel vlog quickly after the deadly attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The timing of the vlog has brought about grievance, with a few people calling it insensitive. Shoaib is yet to reply publicly to the backlash.
