Puncture shop owner arrested for scattering sharp nails on road

The police arrested Mohd Zubair, the owner of a puncture shop, for scattering sharp nails on the road near his shop, which caused several vehicle punctures. The arrested owner of the puncture shop was using nails as a means of attracting customers to his shop, and many of its victims had no other choice but to repair their tyres there.

According to the police report, the nail case which got the puncture shop owner arrested, had been going on for quite some time. Drivers of the area complained that their vehicles were always getting punctured. Also, many times, people used to find pieces of nails stuck in their tyres near his shop.

Since there were no repair services nearby, most of the victims had to go to Zubair, who got a source of daily earnings from this. But the investigations are yet to be concluded, and the puncture shop owner arrested for nails faces serious legal implications. Such acts are against the law and even put lives at risk on the roadways.

In spreading sharp objects deliberately, Zubair did not harm the vehicle owners alone but also put the lives of the drivers and passengers at great risk. It is unethical and illegal to create such hazards just to increase one’s sales.

Locals said that with the puncture shop owner arrested for nails, the road might now be safer for drivers. However, the police have yet to take a call on the next course of action. While there is a growing demand for stringent action to avoid such incidents in the future, some are waiting for the authorities to take action against Zubair.
