A routine internal exam at Dr.Malakareddy Homoeopathic College in Karnataka’s Kalaburagi district turned violent when a Student Attacks Professor after caught cheating. The incident occurred during an exam for Homoeopathic Materia Medica and was recorded by the hall’s CCTV cameras.
Student Attacks Professor after stopping for cheating in exam
The footage shows Assistant Professor Shivaraj kumar confronting a student named Shahbaz after he was caught using a mobile phone to copy answers. When the professor took the answer sheet and told the student to leave, things quickly escalated.
Angry over this, Shahbaz became violent and attacked the professor. Other students quickly intervened to restrain Shahbaz and pull him away. However, the situation did not end there. The video shows Shahbaz briefly walking toward the hall exit, only to return moments later and strike the professor again.
Administration prohibits him from giving further exams
After the assault, the college administration informed Shahbaz’s parents and decided to bar him from all future exams. Even with clear evidence from the CCTV footage, Assistant Professor Shivarajkumar has not filed a police complaint yet.
