Actor Vijay was campaigning for his political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), in Coimbatore on Saturday when an overzealous fan surprised him. In movies doing the rounds online, a fan may be visible dramatically jumping down from a tree onto his car, leaving him in surprise for a few seconds.

A video captured with the aid of Sun News indicates Vijay waving at a massive crowd that surrounds his car to fulfill him. Soon, Vijay hears a commotion from behind him and looks back to see a fan bounce down from a tree onto his automobile. The actor seems greatly surprised for some seconds before assisting him up. After the actor gives him a headscarf in the party colors, any other fan appears emboldened also to climb up his car to meet him. Vijay can be visible heading inner as his safety attempts to manage more fans from hiking up.

As video of the fan leaping down a tree doing the rounds, the internet had some strong reviews on Vijay’s fans. One X (previously Twitter) user puzzled, “What kind of nonsense is this? Falling from a tree to a caravan van to watch an actor became flesh presser. Do Vijay’s fanatics have brains? I hate this type of stupidity.” Another wondered if it become deliberate, “It is planned it seems?” An X user called it ‘Paithiyam’ (madness) and every other joked that the fan was honestly recreating Vijay scene from Pokiri, writing, “Bro recreated this scene in real life.”
