Punjabi singer- -actor Gurdas Maan’s younger brother, Gurpanth Maan, died at the age of 68. Gurpanth had been undergoing treatment at a multi-robust factor health facility in Mohali from months and died on Monday. His last rites held today on 10 June in Chandigarh. He survived through his partner and childrens, who stay remote places.
Gurpanth Maan Health Condition Worst
Advocate Gurmeet Mann, who is Gurpanth’s cousin, found out that his brother’s health was worst from days. Gurpanth Mann was the second of three children, among Gurdas Mann and his sister. Unlike his brother Gurdas, Gurpanth stayed away from the limelight and worked as a farmer and commission agent. He lived in Punjab’s Gidderbaha.

Gurpanth Maan and Gurdas Maan are real brothers. Gurpanth lives simple life as farmer. Gurdas Maan, the singer- -actor rose to reputation with the track ‘Dil Da Maamla Hai’ in 1980. After this, he went on to record over 34 albums and wrote over 305 songs. He featured in severa Punjabi and Hindi songs, which consist of ‘Waris Shah: Ishq Daa Waaris’, ‘Des Hoya Pardes’, ‘Manto’. He made a special look in the Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta-starrer ‘Veer Zaara’.
Gurdas received the National Award in the Best Male Playback singer category on the 54th National Film Awards for his performance in ‘Waris Shah: Ishq Da Waris.’
