Film Story and Reviews
The first half of Idli Kadai movie effectively shows Murugan’s calm charm, ambition, and some of his heroic qualities. However, the emotional father-son theme is overshadowed by the conflict between the hero and the villain in the second half.
One of the strongest aspects is the bond between father and son, especially when Sivanesan’s spirit protects Murugan. However, the use of too many clichés and exaggerations weakens what could have been a more impactful emotional drama.
