The Chinese manufacturer offers the Xiaomi Watch 5 in two versions: the standard model and the eSIM model. The standard version allows for simple calling, while the eSIM version lets users make cellular calls and send messages.
In terms of design, the Xiaomi Watch 5 features double-sided artificial sapphire crystal glass. The unibody stainless steel case protects the dial from scratches, drops, and other potential damage.

The Xiaomi Watch 5 has a 1.54-inch AMOLED screen with 2.6mm ultra-narrow bezels. The display supports a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels, has a 78.28% screen-to-body ratio, and boasts a maximum brightness of 1500 nits. It also comes with a titanium 3D printed strap.
Consumers can choose from a variety of strap options, including khaki green fluoroelastomer, black fluoroelastomer, genuine leather, and a 3D printed titanium strap. Regarding battery life, the wearable can last up to 6 days with a 930mAh battery. If users activate saving mode, the device can operate for 18 days. It features a dual-core setup with a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 and Hengxuan BES2800BP processor.
The standout feature of this smartwatch is the EMG sensor. The Watch 5 is the first wearable to include an electromyography sensor, which tests muscle health and the nerves controlling them by measuring electrical activity.
