PM Modi celebrated his 75th birthday on Wednesday. Many dignitaries and politicians praised his leadership. The ruling BJP launched a “Sewa Pakhwada” that will last over two weeks to honor its prominent leader.
Governments that the BJP controls, both at the national and state levels, have planned various outreach, welfare, development, and awareness programs. It include health camps, cleanliness drives, gatherings of intellectuals, and fairs promoting local products across the country until October 2.
‘Sewa Pakhwada’ campaign starts on PM Modi Birthday
Modi is traveling to Dhar in Madhya Pradesh to start a nationwide campaign focused on health and nutrition for women and children. He will also launch several other development programs, including one aimed at the tribal population, and speak at a public meeting.
Droupadi Murmu extend birthday wishes
President Droupadi Murmu extended her greetings to PM Modi. Born into a poor family in Vadnagar, Gujarat, he was praised for establishing a culture of setting and achieving big goals in India. “Today, the global community is also expressing its faith in your guidance,” Murmu said in her birthday message to the Prime Minister.
“Heartfelt birthday greetings and best wishes to the Prime Minister of India, Shri @narendramodi ji. Through your exceptional leadership and hard work, you have created a culture of achieving significant goals in the country,” she said. In response, he expressed gratitude and said that his government remain committed to building a strong, capable, and self-reliant India with the support of its over 140 crore citizens. He described her vision and ideas as inspiring.
