Seema Haider announces her pregnancy, Ex-Pakistani husband got angry, abused and threatened Sachin

Seema Haider, who crossed Pakistani borders to marry India's Sachin Meena, announces pregnancy

Pakistani woman Seema Haider, who came into prominence last year when she crossed over from Pakistan illegally to marry Sachin Meena, has announced pregnancy. In a video circulating widely on social media, Seema breaks the news to her fans. Seema and her husband, who met online playing the popular gaming title PUBG, now live in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh with her four children from the first marriage.

She entered India in May 2023 without a visa and landed in legal trouble. Sachin was arrested on July 4 of that year. He was charged with having sheltered an undocumented immigrant. They were released soon after. Since then, the couple has been extremely active on social media sites, posting glimpses of their everyday life and love story.

However, their journey hasn’t been easy. Seema’s ex-husband, Ghulam Haider, recently filed a complaint in a Noida court accusing her and Sachin of cheating. According to his lawyer, her divorce from Ghulam was not finalized, making her marriage to Sachin invalid under the law.

Despite the controversy, Seema stands firm on her decision. She has publicly declared that she embraced Hinduism and wants to stay in India permanently. In an interview with BBC, she shared that her children from her previous marriage have also converted to Hinduism.

Seema also has shared the video of the pregnancy kit on social media. After which her Pakistani husband Ghulam Haider got furious. While sharing the video on YouTube, Ghulam said, ‘Seema will be cursed by a helpless father.’ During this, he also abused Seema and Sachin a lot.

The newly-wed marked the occasion this year when the Indian government passed the Citizenship Amendment Act. She told the media, thanking Narendra Modi for realizing his election promise. This year also saw her sending letters to President Droupadi Murmu and Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, claiming Indian citizenship.

As their love story still keeps the public’s attention, Seema and Sachin have become a symbol for the crossing of borders in love.
