In a unique legal judgment in Uttar Pradesh, Bareilly Court’s shocking decision against fake rape case has shuddered the entire community. The man named Ajay was acquitted after serving four years in prison on charges of crimes committed against women. In this case, not only did his name get cleared, but also the woman holding the fake case against him will serve the equal punishment as him.
The court, in this case, broke new ground in its judgment. It ruled that the woman must serve the same number of days as the man would have in jail and also imposed a fine.

The man would have earned, the court judged, a handsome sum if he had been working as a laborer, so it ordered that she compensate him for lost wages. As per the court’s statements, his term in sentence lost him over 5 lac rupees. Hence, it was discussed to impose an equivalent fine on the girl for the fake case.
Emotionally, the victim stated about having a traumatizing experience. He said that false accusations against him had tarnished not only his reputation but also his career. Even after the verdict of the court of law, Ajay feels climbing over a hill; he says that false accusations will be against him forever.
This verdict of the court has been termed as historic, for the great warning it gives to those folks who file false allegations. It says a lot for the justice system in protecting the innocent and punishing those who misuse the legal process.
