Cow is the holy animal for Hindus due to which it is forbidden for the Hindus to eat beef. An incident happened in India in which the owners of a Samosa shop were arrested as the police found them selling Samosas containing beef without letting their customers know that the Samosa contains cow meat.
Due to this incident the police decided to conduct a raid on Hussaini Samosas center in the Panigate area of Vandora in which they found out that there was 113 KG meat stored in the shop. The police immediately seized the meat and it was sent to the lab to find out which animal meat was it? Later after testing it, It was confirmed that it was cow meat.
As it was confirmed that the shop owners were selling Samosas containing beef, the police arrested the owners of the shop who were Yusuf Sheikh and Naeem Sheikh along with their four workers. The police asked the owners from where they used to get the meat so the owners told that a person named Imran Qureshi used to supply them cow meat. Therefore the police also arrested Imran Qureshi.
What Did The Authorities Have To Say?
Panna Momaya, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Vadodara, said, “We got information that some people were selling samosas from a house using cow meat.
