There have been many contenders for the prime minister seat in India in the recent time and since the independence of India including Atal BIhari Vajpayee, Manmohan Singh, Inidra Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. However Indians think that PM Modi is the best PM of India according to 51% of Indians. This means that most of the Indians think that Modi is the best PM of India in the history of the state.
This survey was done by India Today’s Mood of the Nation survey in which 51% of the people voted for Modi as the best PM of India in the history of the country. Atal BIhari Vajpayee got 12% of the votes while Manmohan Singh also got 12% of the votes. Indira Gandhi on the other hand got 10 % of the votes and Jawaharlal Nehru only got 5% of the votes even being the first Prime Minister of India and solving India’s early problems.
It was a little surprising that Modi got 51% of the votes because Modi did not win a clear majority in his third term and also there was a dip in his performance as the PM of India still he got 51% of the votes from the Indians which tell that there are still true followers and supporters of Modi.
