Arkade Developers announce that they signs the binding agreement and acquire the Filmistan Pvt Ltd for ₹183 crore. The company set to develops the luxury apartments in this project at gross development value of ₹3,000 crore.
As per company, this acquisition will allow Arkade Developers to expand the enduring 4-acre land located on SV Road in Goregaon West. The property commonly known as ‘Filmistan Studios.’
Arkade Developers Make Filmistan studio land as Landmark project
The company announce that the project scheduled for a tentative release in the calendar year of 2026. It is planned for an uber-luxury residential development so it provides spacious 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments with special penthouses. The apartments is develops across high-rise towers of 50 storeys. The project has expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore and set to become a landmark in luxury housing in Western Mumbai.
