Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has launched an ultra-luxury residential project, Brigade Avalon. With a development area of about 6.4 lakh square ft, the project expected to generate revenues of over ₹1,000 crore.
This project is spread across 4.36 acres in Whitefield Main Road and offer 206 3BHK and 4BHK houses. It also includes flexible home-office space as per evolving hybrid work traits.

Previous launches
In January, Brigade Group signed a settlement to develop a residential project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road with a development potential of ₹2700 crore. Spread across 20 acres, the residential project have a complete saleable space of around 2.5 million sq.ft and a total land value of about ₹630 crore through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited.
The group also signed a joint agreement for a new plotted development project in East Bengaluru with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹175 crore, the company said on April 21.
