Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has announced the purchase of a 5-acre land parcel in Hyderabad. The acquisition was made through an e-auction held by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). The company plans to develop a housing project valued at ₹4,150 crore on this site.

GPL took part in the auction for a prime land parcel located in Neopolis, Kokapet, a rapidly growing real estate area. According to the MSTC Ltd. e-tendering portal, Godrej Properties was the highest bidder. HMDA will issue the allotment letters after completing the necessary procedures.
Planning for ₹4,150-crore premium residential project
Godrej Properties plans to create a premium residential project on this land. The project will have around 2.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area and an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,150 crore. Neopolis, Kokapet, has quickly become one of the most desirable residential areas in Hyderabad.
