Godrej Properties has buy a 43-acre land parcel in Panipat, Haryana. The company expected to get revenue of more than Rs 1,250 crore through the sale of residential plots. In a regulatory filing on Monday, Godrej Properties informed that it has “obtained 43 acres of land for a plotted development. They expect revenue potential of Rs 1,250 crore.” The agency did not show the deal price.
Godrej Properties Enters Panipat with 600 Crore
It is company first mission in Panipat and 4th residential plotted township in North India. The land is located in Sector 40, Panipat. This mission consists around 1.02 million sq.feet of plotted residential development.
Godrej Properties MD and CEO Gaurav Pandey said, “The projects fits well with our approach of increasing into new markets for plotted development. Haryana has been a key market for us, and we stay up for growing a plotted township in Panipat, that creates long-term value for its residents.”
Company Aims for Rs 1,250 crore Revenue
Godrej Properties is one of the leading real estate company in India. Recently they invest 600 Crore in 43 acre land in Panipat and expecting for Rs 1,250 crore Revenue. The company has become the largest real estate developer in the 2024-25 fiscal in terms of sales bookings. It sold almost Rs 30,000 crore worth of residences over the last financial year.
