The Jewar International Airport, Uttar Pradesh now set to take off domestic flight and load operations in September 2025. The international flights from this airport starts from November 2025, as announced by UP’s Industrial Development Minister.
The airport development is go beyond the 5000 hectare radius. It enhance the job opportunities, connectivity and economic conditions. It also increase the real estate prices in Noida.
Jewar International Airport Phase One Almost Ready
Minister Gupta confirmed that Phase 1 of the project, with a ability to serve 12 million passengers yearly. It is expected to completely equipped by November. He said this throughout his day analysis tour of Noida, Greater Noida, and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) zones. The minister praised the dimensions of the challenge, calling Jewar Airport the biggest in Asia and the 4th biggest in the world upon completion.
Real estate Boost and Job Opportunities
With airport, several principal infrastructure initiatives worth Rs 45,148 crore planned in the location. It has ability to create 1.32 lakh jobs. Gupta directed officials to ensure that everyone landholding agencies begin construction on time and follow the authorized development plans.
Jewar International Airport has increase the real estate market demand. It make the big shift in landscape of Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway region. The prices of land near airport have doubled. The developers already acquire the 390 acres land in last year, on land rates of Rs. 5 to 6 crore per acre. There are more than 13,300 acres recognized in 41 villages for integrated development, include new industrial cities and residential areas.
