Realty firm Sattva Group expects to earn over Rs 8,600 crore from its new 50-acre residential project in Bengaluru. This is part of its plan to expand and meet strong consumer demand.
Sattva Group expects ₹8,600 Cr Revenue from New 50-Acre project
On Tuesday, the company announced the launch of a new housing project called ‘Sattva City’ in North Bengaluru. The first phase will feature nearly 2,500 residential units.
Sattva Group stated that the total revenue potential of this upcoming project exceeds Rs 8,600 crore. The company did not disclose the project cost.
Bijay Agarwal, the Managing Director of Sattva Group, noted that they identified this land years ago. They envisioned creating a city-scale community as the airport corridor emerged as a key growth area for Bengaluru.

According to the real estate consultant, housing sales in Bengaluru has increased by 13 % in 2025. The sales rose to 54,414 units from 48,272 units the previous year. Sattva Group, based in Bengaluru, is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. It has delivered 80 million sqft of real estate space and has over 71 million sqft under construction across multiple cities.
The Group has also listed a real estate investment trust, ‘Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT),’ on stock exchanges as a co-sponsor with Blackstone.
