Shreya Ghoshal invest the 29.70 crore recently to bought luxury apartment in Worli, Mumbai. She invest it with her parents, Shamishtha and Biswajit Ghoshal. She was made the initial transactions in April 2026 as per property registration documents.

The apartment has a carpet area of 2,430 sq. ft. and a total area of 2,750 sq. ft. It comes with three parking spaces. The buyers paid ₹1.78 crore in stamp duty, along with registration fees of ₹30,000.
Why is Worli so expensive?
The apartment is in Godrej Trilogy Worli, a high-end residential project in central Mumbai. This area is among the costliest in India due to its prime location, good infrastructure, and attractive lifestyle.
The Bandra-Worli Sea Link connects Worli directly to Bandra and the western suburbs. This shortens travel times and increases demand for the area.
Worli boasts many high-end developments by leading builders. These feature modern amenities, security, and a sense of exclusivity that appeals to celebrities, business leaders, and NRIs.
