The starting monthly income is ₹48 per sq. and as per the lease agreement 5% amount will be increased every year and the common area maintenance charges are ₹14 per sq. ft. monthly.
In the lease agreement, the name of the lessee is Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd. and the company has already paid security money ₹57.19 lakhs, and the lease agreement was registered in June 2023.
