The second Trump Towers venture in Gurugram, the development is complete, is fully sold out, the developers, Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers, said on Tuesday.
On launch day, his project in Gurgaon recorded an extraordinary ₹3,250 crore in allotments, they said. The project’s luxury penthouses, worth ₹125 crore, had been also sold out. Priced between ₹8 crore and ₹15 crore per unit of residential properties, the development’s 298 houses had been included, an indicator of surging demand for branded, ultra-luxurious living in India. It is a collaboration between Smartworld, Tribeca, and The Trump Organization. The project comprises 51-storey towers.
Smartworld will oversee development, creation, and customer support, while Tribeca, the official representatives of his logo in India, leads design, advertising, sales, and pleasant control.
Trump Luxury project sold out at ₹3,250 crore
This project marks the second Trump-branded residential development in North India. The developers said in the declaration today that the first Trump Towers Delhi NCR, launched in 2018 in Gurugram, is also fully offered out and set for delivery later this month.
