Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) introduce new housing plot scheme, and meet demands for residential spaces near upcoming Noida International Airport. Under this scheme, buyers need to complete construction within 3 years of executing the lease deed. Under the scheme, 276 residential plots are offered in sector 18 Noida, each measure 200 square meters. These plots costs at ₹35,000 per square meter. The buyers can get these plots through lottery system.
Lottery Draw of YEIDA Plots held on 11 July
Out of 276 plots, there are 214 plots in general category. The scheme has been opened on 21 april and close on 21 May. This draw will expected to occurs on 11 July 2025, as per YIEDA officials. The 200-square-meter plots are located in Pocket 9B of Sector 18. The rate of plots is ₹35,000 per square meter, with amount of registration costs at ₹7 lakh. The Group housing land rates rise from ₹32,375 per sqm to ₹52,500 per sqm, and rates of residential plots costs at ₹35,000 per sqm.
Application Process for New Housing Plot Scheme
The application form are obtained by make payment of Rs 600 by net banking. The application form completed and signed with required registration money and required annexures must be submitted online by buyers.
Buyers need to make all payments on YEIDA website. No offline payments will accepted. The total premium along with 10% registration fees, is 7 lakh for general category to paid within 60 days from issue date of allotment letter, as per report. Under this scheme, the allotment will done to buyers by manual draw. The tentative draw date is July 11, 2025.
