UP Marital Affair Case: Married Woman Jumped off OYO Hotel Roof after Husband Caught With Alleged Lover in Baghpat, UP

Another UP Marital Affair Case comes in news. A married women jumped off the roof of a hotel after her husband allegedly caught her with her lover in hotel room in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh.

The alleged lover stuck by locals and handed over to the government, but the women escaped before the police arrived. The husband submitted file to the police, fearing risk to his life, officials said.

The incident occurred on Monday at a hotel located on Chaprauli Road in the Baraut metropolis. According to police, the woman arrived at the hotel together with her alleged lover, Shobhit. Soon after, her husband and in-law guidelines reached the spot, having accompanied her.

Seeing them, the woman panicked and jumped off the around 12-foot-high hotel roof and escaped. A video of the incident has surfaced, displaying the women jumping off the roof. Baraut Kotwali Station House Officer (SHO) Manoj Kumar Chahal on Tuesday said the alleged lover detained and is being interrogated.

Husband File Complaint Against Wife

The UP Marital Affair Case is under investigation based on the complaint filed by the husband, and vital action will take,” Chahal said. As per police grievance, the women married in 2019 to a person from Kakore village, and the couple has a son. The husband alleged that his spouse was related with various men before marriage and that the ones relationships maintained in a while.

He also said that she used to threaten him with fake cases and even threatened to kill him if he objected, as per file. The husband also said that the couple was undergoing marital counseling in the Women’s Cell located at the SP office on the day of the incident.
