Reddit user claimed OpenAI ChatGPT resolved their 5 year jaw issue in 60 seconds

A Reddit user has claimed that OpenAI ChatGPT helped to treat 5 year jaw problem that had hurt them for more than 5 years – in 60 seconds. In a Reddit post titled “After five years of jaw clicking (TMJ or temporomandibular joint), ChatGPT cured it in 60 seconds,” the user share their experience with chronic jaw clicking at the left side, which they attributed to a beyond boxing damage.

Despite consultations with an ENT professional, two MRIs and a referral to a maxillofacial professional, the trouble wasn’t solved until a casual chat with AI changed the entirety.

“I’ve had jaw clicking at the left side for over 5 years, probable from a boxing injury, and each time I opened my mouth wide it’d pop or shift. I should occasionally prevent it by urgent my hands into the side of my jaw, but it constantly got here returned. I figured it was just everlasting harm,” the user said.

ChatGPT, the user said, gave them a “precise clarification pronouncing the disc in my jaw was likely just barely displaced but movable, and advised a particular way to open my mouth slowly even as preserving my tongue at the roof of my mouth and watching for symmetry.”

For a minute, the user followed the instructions, and “suddenly, no click. I opened and closed my jaw again and again and it tracked flawlessly. Still no clicking today.” Describing their experience as “unreal,” the user concluded, “After 5 years of only living with it, this OpenAI ChatGPT gave me a recovery in a minute. If all people else has clicking without pain, you might not be stuck with it like I concept.”
