Uber is in preparation for the launch of its new service, Uber Shuttle, in Bengaluru, a service that intends to ease the traffic congestion of the city. The beau monde ride-hailing service displayed service during the 2028 Bengaluru Tech Summit, with Information Technology and Biotechnology’s very own Priyanka Kharge, the minister of Karnataka, giving a detailed demonstration of the app and its elements.
Uber Shelf is a shuttle service that will cater to people who intend to use public air-conditioned transport vehicles; the service is antithetical as putting them on any roads that are occupied by private cars seems less comfortable. The suburban transportation system comes with a geo-targeted mobile app that features ad-hoc on-the-go initiatives that guarantee the clients’ full comfort and convenience instead of commuting. It aims at making more people leave their cars in place and use public transport by suggesting these management interventions.
