Mahindra launched the much-awaited XUV 3XO EV, with a starting price of Rs 13.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The electric SUV was seen testing several times, increasing anticipation for its release. It arrives just a day after the Mahindra XUV 7XO launch.
This quick succession of releases shows the strong commitment of brand to India’s growing SUV market. With these launches, Mahindra strengthens its position and shows its goal to lead both traditional and electric SUV segments.
Mahindra XUV 3XO EV: Battery and Powertrain
The Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is equipped with a 39.4 kWh battery pack, providing a practical real-world range of up to 285 km. This makes it suitable for daily commutes and short trips. Its electric motor delivers 110 kW of power and 310 Nm of torque, offering lively performance in both urban and highway driving.
It promises to be the fastest in its class, with a 0-100 km/h time of just 8.3 seconds. Drivers can choose from three drive modes—Fun, Fast, and Fearless—based on their preferences. Advanced suspension technologies, such as Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD) and MTV-VAL, enhance ride quality, ensuring stability, comfort, and better handling.
XUV 3XO EV: Exterior
The Mahindra XUV 3XO EV combines modern styling with practical features. It includes a sleek single-pane sunroof and dual 10.25-inch HD displays—one for infotainment and the other for the instrument cluster—giving the cabin a tech-savvy feel.
R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels add a stylish touch, while LED projector headlamps, signature LED tail lamps, and LED DRLs with built-in turn indicators provide excellent visibility and a premium appearance.
