While the truckers starts the strike in the middle of the night, bus operators have deferred their participation for the following number of days.

The transporters’ needs consist of preventing forceful recovery of e-challan fines, cancellation of e-challans older than six months, waiving current results, scrapping the mandatory cleaner rule for heavy vehicles, and reconsidering no-entry timings in metro cities.

The committee will post its file in a month, per a Government Resolution (GR) issued late Tuesday night time.
