Two men suspected to involved in the Chandan Mishra Murder injured encounter by police. The shoot-out occurred around 6 am on the Bihia-Kateya road near a river, during a joint operation via the Special Task Force (STF) and local police.
2 Suspects of Chandan Mishra Murder injured in encounter
According to officers, the injured suspects, identified as Balwant and Raviranjan. They are part of gang that gunned down Chandan Mishra, a convicted murderer who was out on parole.
Balwant, a resident of Buxar, allegedly directly involved in the hospital shootout, whilst Raviranjan hails from Bihia in Arrah district. During the encounter , each suspect sustained bullet accidents, Raviranjan shot in the thigh, and Balwant suffered injuries in his arms and legs, officers said.
The injured man first taken to Bihia clinic around 6.25 am and later referred to Arrah for treatment under tight police security. A third suspect, named Abhishek Kumar are arrested, police said.

Chandan Mishra, a resident of Buxar district, serving his sentence in Beur Jail. He sent to the hospital for treatment when he was shot dead. CCTV pictures of the Chandan Mishra Murder gone viral on social media. It shows 5 armed men storming into the ICU and beginning a firefight at Mishra.
Earlier, the Bihar Police, in a joint operation with the Kolkata Police Special Task Force (STF), arrested Tauseef alias Badshah, the main accused along with his cousin Nishu Khan and two aides, Harsh and Bhim, from Kolkata. Tauseef sent to a 3-day police remand whilst the others had been remanded to judicial custody.
