The Bombay Court has finalized the decision against the man who brutally murdered his mother in Maharashtra for denying money for alcohol. The bone-chilling incident happened back in 2017 in Kolhapur when a man named Sunil Kuchkorvi not only murdered his 63-year-old mother, but also removed her organs. Just like any caring guardian, Sunil’s mother, named Yallama Rama, denied him money for the intoxicated substances.
Sunil, habitual to drinking, could not cope and did what one cannot even dream of. Then, this 35-year-old man his mother for denying money for alcohol. He used a sharp weapon to remove organs one by one. Not only did he cut the internal body parts like heart, brain, intestines, kidney, and liver, but also cooked them in a pan with salt and pepper and ate them.
The police and the court termed it as the rarest of the rare incident. After the nearby residents informed the police, he was arrested on the spot. Sunil was sentenced to death in 2021 but he filed a petition against it in the Bombay High Court.

Inspector SS More had said:
“We have seen many murders and dead bodies in my career in Mumbai and Naxal areas of Maharashtra. But this case was the most brutal till date. We had sent samples of the dead woman’s body and her organs for DNA profiling. All matched the deceased. We had 12 witnesses. Along with this, the crime scene and the condition of the woman’s body were enough to prove the cruelty of the accused.”
As of now, the court has decided to uphold its decision. As a result, Sunil will get the death sentence for this monstrous act. While retaining the decision against the man who brutally murdered his mother for denying money for alcohol, the court said,
“This case falls in the rarest of rare category. The convict not only killed his mother, but he also removed her body parts.”
While many murder cases have been reported in India, including the man killing his girlfriend for demanding marriage, this remains the most disturbing one. The man froze body parts of the girls cutting her into multiple pieces. But Sunil not only cut and removed internal parts, and also ate them after cooking
