A Texas woman, Cindy Singh, wanted a state allegations of murder of her 6 year old son, arrested by the Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Director Kash Patel said on Thursday.
Cindy seen on a flight leading to India with her husband and six children. It was in March 2023, after searching for his child, that he allegedly lied to the authorities about his hideout.

Taking X, Kash Patel gave details of Cindy’s arrest, and said that she would face allegations of illegal flight to avoid prosecution and capital murder of a person under 10 years of age. Patel wrote, “Singh had allegedly lied to the authorities about his hideout, and then two days later, boarded a flight to India – and we believe that has not returned to the United States since then,” Patel wrote.
While Patel’s tweet not clarify where she was arrested, a report by Fox News states that she caught by Indian officers and Interpol in India. Cindy sent back to America and will handed over to Texas officials, publishing further.
FBI arrest the Murder Accused
Cindy Singh was on the FBI’s top 10 most wanted fugitive list. The agency earlier announced a reward of $ 250,000 for information on her. Cindy accused of killing his six -year -old son, Noel Alvarez, in March 2023. The child last seen in October 2022, but was not reported to missing since March of the next year.
After reporting the disappearance, Texas’s family and protective services handed over to the Everman police. During the welfare investigation, Rodriguez Singh lied to investigators. She show that the child was in Mexico with his biological father since November 2022, “the FBI said.
