The woman, who lives in Gonda, has approached authorities to demand that an FIR to filed based on her complaint. She claimed that she was abducted under the guise of marriage and then sexually assaulted by multiple people.
According to her statement, she was repeatedly gang-raped, forced to convert to a different religion, and coerced into marriage. She also said that she suffered ongoing physical and mental abuse during this time.

The woman mentioned that she later gave birth to a child, but alleged that the accused refused to take any responsibility. She accused several individuals, including a village head, of protecting the accused and threatening her if she tried to pursue the case.
The situation escalated on April 10 when the woman arrived at the Lucknow HC and climbed onto the roof. She claimed she was being pressured to drop her complaint. In a shocking assertion, she said her child was threatened with being thrown from the roof and was even dangled in the air.
