The Luthra Brothers booked their tickets to Phuket through a travel site at 1:17 a.m. on December 7, just the hour after learning about the fire at “Birch by Romeo Lane,” their nightclub in Arpora, North Goa. At the time, police and emergency services were still fighting the fire and trying to rescue staff. The two left India early Sunday (December 7, 2025) on an IndiGo flight. The Goa Police had asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to issue the Blue Corner Notice against them.
