A Jaish handler from Pakistan, known as ‘Hanzulla’, shared bomb-making videos with Dr. Muzamil Shakeel. Shakeel is one of the doctors accused in the Delhi blast that killed 15 people, according to sources. A preliminary investigation indicates that ‘Hanzulla’ might be a fake name.

In October, posters from Jaish in Nowgam, Jammu and Kashmir, had the name ‘Commander Hanzulla bhai’ on them, sources noted. Security agencies investigating the Delhi blast are working to trace the Jaish handler.
Sources added that the handler contacted Shakeel through Maulvi Irfan Ahmed. Ahmed is a cleric from Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, who radicalized the doctors and formed a white collar terror group. Maulvi first recruited Shakeel, who was a doctor at Al-Falah University in Faridabad.
