The 20-year-old man who hit his vehicle into 5 people in Vadodara car crash on Thursday. He Killed a woman and leaving others critically injured, has denied that he was drunk throughout the incident and claimed that the twist of fate happened as his view was blocked by using the emergency airbag. He also denied that he become rushing.
Speaking to the media on Saturday, the young man identified as Rakshit Chaurasiya, said, “There is pothole close to the intersection which falls on the stretch I was driving. Seeing the gap, I tried to skip but due to the pothole, my vehicle touched the scooter using in the front. This was during the emergency airbag burst open and blocked my view, ensuing in the collision”.
Rakshit Chaurasia behind Vadodara car crash
Police stated Rakshit Chaurasia, a law student who in the beginning belongs to Uttar Pradesh Varanasi, might have been drive vehicle in an drunk state. Police said Chaurasia does have a driving licence.
Rakshit Chaurasia is studying law and lives in a PG accommodation in Vadodara, Momaya advised newshounds on Friday, including that the dead women became identified as Hemali Patel, who was driving her scooter at the time of the coincidence.
Accused heard announcing after accident
“The car’s speed was only 50 kilometres per hour. I could see only the scooter and a vehicle in front of me. I saw no people walking by the side of the street,” Rakshit Chaurasiya, who had a swollen face with quite a few bruises when he spoke to the media after Vadodara car crash
