Last year in March, on his 60th birthday, actor Aamir Khan made his relationship with Gauri Spratt official. He introduced her to the media amid dating rumors. Since then, they have not hesitated to appear together in public. Aamir also shared that they have known each other for over two decades but reconnected only recently.
Aamir Khan moves in with Gauri Spratt
Now, Aamir Khan has confirmed that he and Gauri Spratt have moved in together. During a chat with Bollywood Hungama, Khan said, “This is happening right in the middle of my production Happy Patel being released. So, it’s madness.”
He also mentioned that while marriage is not immediately planned, they are deeply committed to each other. He expressed that, in his heart, he is already married to her. “Gauri and I are really serious about each other, and we are in a very committed space. We are partners, and we are together. Marriage is something—I mean, in my heart, I’m already married to her. So whether we formalize it or not is something I will decide as we go along,” Aamir said.
Spoke on his bond with Kiran and Reena
During the conversation, Aamir Khan discussed maintaining a friendly relationship with his ex-wife. “It shows we are good people. Reena is an amazing person. We fell apart as husband and wife, but that doesn’t mean we fell apart as human beings. There’s a lot of love and respect for her in my heart,” he said.
Talking about Kiran Rao, Aamir added, “She is an amazing person, and we decided to part ways as husband and wife, but we are family. Reena, her parents, Kiran and her parents, and my parents—we are all actually one family.”
