2025 is going to be a great year for Bollywood debuts. Rasha Thadani, daughter of Raveena Tandon, and Aaman Devgan, nephew of Ajay Devgn, will make their debuts with Azaad. Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan, will also debut in Sarzameen. The list of debuts gets even more exciting with Akshay Kumar’s niece Simar Bhatia, who will make her debut in Ikkis, directed by the renowned Sriram Raghavan.

Agastya Nanda will also play alongside her. Recently, a prominent newspaper also featured the beautiful Simar on its cover, along with new, fresh talent that Bollywood needs from the new age.

Akshay Kumar couldn’t help but feel proud as he reacted to Simar’s cover shoot. Taking to social media, the actor recalled his debut moment. He wrote, “I remember the first time I saw my photo on the cover of the newspaper. I thought that was the ultimate happiness. But today, I know the joy of seeing your child’s photo here beats everything.”

Akshay also paid an emotional tribute to his late mother, Simar’s grandmother, saying she would have been incredibly proud. “I wish my mom was here today. She would have said, ‘Simar puttar, tu tah kamaal hai.’ Bless you, my baby, the sky is yours,” he wrote.

Simar responded with warmth and humor, referencing Akshay’s upcoming movie SkyForce: “That’s because you’re protecting the skies. Love you.”

A Promising Legacy

She is the daughter of Alka Bhatia, sister of Akshay. She is carrying on her family’s legacy in the film industry. Alka is a producer of films. She was previously married to Vaibhav Kapoor and then married to Surendra Hiranandani, a real estate magnate.
