Post-marriage, Radhika Ambani is now all set to head her father’s company, Encore Healthcare. Her immediate concern is consolidation of the brand in the Indian market, especially in South. She looks at providing quality healthcare products all over the country.
In an interview, Radhika talks about how her journey began at Encore as a medical representative and about the learning she experienced on the depths of the sales and distribution mechanism. On retrospect, she attributed mastery of sales to her first boss who informed her that mastering sales would prepare her for any role since it requires deep understanding in the areas of product knowledge, finance, and distribution.
