Footage shared by Harrow Online shows a fight breaking out during a Holi celebration at the former Harrow Civic Centre car park on Station Road.
The video captures a large group of people involved in a disturbance last night, Tuesday, 3 March. Several individuals appear to be pushing and fighting during the event.
Brawl disrupt Harrow Holi Festival
Earlier reports mentioned a fire at the Civic Centre around 9 PM, but the London Fire Brigade has confirmed this was a false alarm.
Police have confirmed the arrest of a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of affray. Harrow Online also received a report from a member of the public who claimed that a group approached the event and started causing disruption. It is alleged that bins thrown and some attendees harassed before the situation escalated into a fight.

The report claims that police called to the scene and that some individuals fled the area. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said, “A 14-year-old boy remains in police custody following an incident in Harrow.
Police called to reports of a disturbance at a civic centre in Station Road at around 20:50 on Tuesday, 3 March. Officers arrived within minutes and arrested the boy on suspicion of affray shortly after 21:00. No injuries reported.”
