As a try to sell healthy eating and lifestyle to fight obesity problems, the Union Health Ministry issue warnings on Indian snacks. The ministry has advised to display oil and sugar content of those food systems.

This life disease are reversed and averted with measures that affects diet and life interventions. “Foods like jalebis have a high glycemic index and increase your blood sugars without providing any nutritional value. Not only obesity, heavy consumption of those ingredients can increase risks of health diseases like high BP, diabetes, high ldl cholesterol, etc.
Govt Issue Health Warnings on Indian Snacks
“The cases of weight problems, diabetes and high blood pressure increase in country because of poor eating behavior.” So, Government issue the health warnings on Indian snacks, like Samosa, Jalebi, vadapav, kachori, etc to empower people about healthy foods.
“Oil and Sugar Board” installed in schools, offices, public institutes, and other sectors to display the hidden fats and sugars in these foods, and helps people to improve their diet. Health messages are also sent to outline long-term health risks from frequent intake of these foods. This initiative has also urged institutes to provides more healthy food options and limit accessibility of fatty liquids and snacks.
