Ahmedabad Class 10th Girl Suicide, Jump from 4th Floor of Som Lalit School

A 16-year-old student from Som Lalit School in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad died after she jumped from the 4th floor of her school building.  The incident occurred during recess. CCTV footage shows the girl strolling in the direction of the threshold of the college building before jumping from the 4th ground.

Class 10th girl of Ahmedabad school died by suicide

The girl, a Class 10 student who were studying in the school for 5 years, suffered serious head accidents, a concussion, and a number of fractures. She rushed to a nearby hospital by an EMRI 108 ambulance. Later, her parents shifted her to near hospital in Thaltej, where she died. Medical officials showed that the women has sustained accidents to her head, hands, and legs.

Police starts registration

Ahmedabad police have registered a case and starts investigation into the problem. Inspector A A Desai said that the girl unresponsive whilst police visited the clinic.

In a separate case, a 16-year-old student allegedly attempt suicide in the rest room of an worldwide college in Goregaon East on Thursday, a Mumbai police official said.

She feel depressed and undergoing treatment for the past number of months, he said. “She went to high school as routine this morning. However, she went to the washroom during karate class and did not return for a long term, after which an attendant went to check.
