Investigators said several residents objected to the penthouses used for commercial purposes. They claimed the regular influx of outsiders posed safety and security risks within the gated community.
On Wednesday night, the confrontation flared up once more. During the argument, Mohit Choudhary allegedly lost control of his vehicle and drove it into the group gathered in the residential area.
Indore Police arrived after receiving reports and took the injured individuals to a private hospital, where doctors announce Shampa Pathak dead.
The entire incident recorded on CCTV cameras installed in the building, and the footage reviewed as part of the investigation.
