To make life even easier for customers, BSNL has recently introduced any time SIM kiosks. Customers can now get, upgrade, port, or replace SIMs 24/7 through the automatically working kiosks. As a payment process, it comes with UPI/QR-enabled payment options and seamless KYC.

Beyond consumer services, BSNL new logo mainly emphasizes innovation. It has launched the country’s first connectivity solution that combines satellite with terrestrial mobile networks for a seamless network. The technology is really best in case of emergencies and remote places.

BSNL also designed a scalable and secure disaster response network to give uninterrupted communication to governments and relief organizations in times of disaster conditions. This will further strengthen national disaster management capabilities.

BSNL, in association with C-DAC, is also leading the way for 5G adoption at mines through its indigenously sourced Made-in-India equipment that will provide low latency and reliable connectivity for some high-end applications like safety analytics, remote operation of AGVs, and AR-enabled maintenance.
