Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini distributed housing allotment keys to 2,709 beneficiaries in Gurugram on Sunday. He also announced several infrastructure projects for the Badshahpur Assembly constituency.
CM Distributes 2,709 Housing Keys in Gurugram
Speaking at the Viksit Badshahpur Maharally and housing allocation program in Kakrola village, Saini noted that the houses were allotted under government housing schemes. He described this move as part of efforts to ensure housing for everyone. The event was led by Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh and organized with the Housing for All Department.
Over 23,000 houses and 15,000 plots allocated
Saini referenced the 2026-27 budget, stating that over 23,000 houses built under the Pradhan Mantri AwasYojana (Rural). Additionally, more than 15,000 plots will be allotted under the Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana across 16 cities. He mentioned that 81 announcements had been made for Badshahpur over the past 11 years.
Of these, 60 have been completed, and eight are in progress. He added that development works worth ₹15,166 crore have been carried out compared to ₹967 crore during the previous government.
