A 28-year-old gym trainer took his own life in Bengaluru. His family claims he blackmailed by a married woman. The deceased, Dileep, was a state-level fitness trainer. He died in his room after coming home late at night. The tragedy revealed when his sister received an Instagram message from a woman named Yogitha.
Fitness Trainer Dileep died by suicide
Family members broke down the door and found his body inside the room. They said Dileep had met a 42-year-old married woman at the gym, and their acquaintance turned into a close relationship. The woman allegedly started blackmailing him for money and property.
The family said that they had earlier reported the issue to the police. It resolved with the woman’s husband present. However, they claimed the harassment continued. Police and forensic teams conducted an investigation at the scene and collected evidence.
Police starts investigation on case
This incident happened just days after a 26-year-old gym trainer and bodybuilder died by suicide. He learned that the woman he seeing for three years was engaged to another man. This occurred under the jurisdiction of the Mahalaxmi Layout police station.
The deceased, Kiran emotionally attached to the woman and planned to give her a gift for Valentine’s Day. Police said that the woman recently told Kiran about her upcoming marriage to another man. She showed him her wedding invitation and details about the preparations, which left him upset.
