According to a report, the hand pump is situated in the Kantit area under the limits of the Vindhyachal police station. The road was built quickly before CM Yogi Adityanath’s visit. In the rush to finish the work, safety checks were ignored, and the existing hand pump was not removed.
The video shows vehicles passing by with the hand pump almost in the center of the road.
